We can’t get enough of their carne asada loaded fries, which are a saucy, meaty, carb-filled mess that we would happily demolish any day! The flavours are a perfect representation of authentic Cali-mex cuisine, full of fresh ingredients. If the loaded fries look a bit daunting, Baja Bills also do great tacos and burritos with a variety of protein choices for fillings.

While Baja Bills is a food truck, they have a permanent setup at their current Cabramatta location with off-street parking. Mexican lovers rejoice!
