Banh Mi Bay Ngo
Situated in the busy Bankstown City Plaza area, Banh Mi Bay Ngo has been voted Sydney's best banh mi by Good Food, and we can totally see why. Even with a line, the service here at Banh Mi Bay Ngo is fast and friendly. The ladies here are very generous with their fillings, and the ratio of meat to vegetables is higher than other Vietnamese bakeries around town. The vegetables are perfectly pickled, the mayo is super creamy, and the crispy pork is to die for!
